Mit einem Gemeinschaftsstand laden Feige Filling, HAVER & BOECKER und die Firma Sommer auf der Achema 2012 zur Besichtigung der aktuellen Produkte und Neuheiten ein.

Pünktlich zum 40-jährigen Firmengeburtstag stellt Feige Filling dabei die Weichen für die durchgängige Anlagenplanung der Zukunft und präsentiert u. a. das innovative Feige Factory Design, ein Konzept aus dem 3D-Bereich, bei dem aufwändige Vor-Ort-Maßaufnahmen und langwierige Zeichenarbeiten entfallen.

Seit der Unternehmensgründung 1972 hat die Feige Filling GmbH - ehemals Feige GmbH, Abfülltechnik - ihre Kompetenz und Innovationskraft in der Planung, Herstellung und im Vertrieb von Abfüllanlagen immer wieder unter Beweis gestellt. 40 Jahre später kommt kaum ein namhafter Produzent aus der chemischen oder Pharmaindustrie, aus dem Food-Bereich, der Farben- und Lackherstellung oder der Petrochemie ohne eine Anlage des weltweiten Markt- und Technologieführers aus Bad Oldesloe oder der Tochterunternehmen aus. 

Heute gehört Feige Filling mit mehr als 140 Mitarbeitern in Bad Oldesloe und zusätzlichen Tochtergesellschaften in Asien, Nord- und Südamerika, Polen, Frankreich, zur Haver & Boecker-Gruppe, genau wie die Sommer GmbH & Co. KG. Zusammen präsentieren sich die drei Unternehmen auf der Achema 2012 in Halle 3.0, Stand F38. Hier können die Messebesucher Anlagen vor Ort besichtigen und sich über zukunftsweisende Entwicklungen informieren. 

Zum Anfassen: die aktuelle Turnkey-Lösung von Feige und Sommer

Feige Filling und Sommer zeigen in Frankfurt beispielhaft ihr aktuelles Produkthighlight: eine Produktions- und Verpackungslinie (Turnkey) zum Lagern, Mischen und Abfüllen von flüssigen oder pastösen Stoffen, schnittstellenfrei aus einer Hand.

Rührwerke, Mischer und Dissolver von Sommer übernehmen dabei die gesamte Rohstoffverarbeitung, während die Anlage von Feige Filling für das Füllen und Verpacken zuständig ist. Dazu präsentieren die Schleswig-Holsteiner auf der Achema 2012 den innovativen „Plug & Fill"-Palettenfüllautomaten Typ 37. Mit seinem hochmodernen, patentierten Bilderkennungssystem können vom 20 Liter-Kanister bis zum 1.000 Liter-Container alle Gebindeformen automatisch befüllt werden. 

Innovative 3D-Anlagenplanung mit Visualisierungen

Als Höhepunkt präsentiert der Marktführer eine zukunftsweisende Möglichkeit der Fabrikdarstellung in der Angebotsphase: eine exakte, fotorealistische Visualisierung der geplanten Anlage. Über eine neue CAD-Software der Firma Autodesk, eines langjährigen Partners von Feige Filling, ist erstmals eine durchgängige Arbeit auf gleicher Datenbasis möglich. Die Planung wird damit deutlich einfacher und schneller. Die fotorealistische Darstellung an realistischem Standort erleichtern die Präsentation und das Verständnis technischer Daten auf Einkäuferseite. Der Kunde erhält die Daten auf einem Stick in verschiedenen Dateitypen, wird durch die Anlagenplanung geführt und kann die Daten für interne Diskussionen nutzen. Spätere Änderungswünsche können auf einem mobilen Endgerät direkt einbezogen werden.

Außerdem lädt Feige Filling im vierzigsten Jahr des Firmenbestehens mit „Filling Visions" zu einer modernen szenografischen 3D-Inszenierung von Produktneuheiten ein. Hierzu gibt es auf dem Stand einen Vorführraum, die „Cine-Visions", in dem sich interessierte Besucher informieren können.

Visitors to the European Coatings Show 2011 impressed by presentation of Feige innovations

Feige GmbH, Abfülltechnik, surprised fair trade visitors with a genuine innovation: Together with the sister company GmbH & Co. KG, Feige offers interested customers a new, interface-free production and packaging line from one source.

Already shortly after the trade fair opened its gates on 29 March 2011, many visitors surged towards the stand. Thanks to the layout of the trade fair, which for the first time extended over two storeys, and an exhibition surface of 100 m², the joint presence of the companies Feige and Sommer was visible from afar.

For the first time, the complete production system from raw material storage (solid materials and liquids), dosing of raw materials into mixers (optionally coaxial or 3-shaft mixers) up to filling the final product into the target containers (round, oval or rectangular) with calibrated accuracy, was presented at a trade fair stand.

Visitors to the stand were convinced by the consistent data transfer, the interface-free data handling right up to the individual machines as well as by the data recording in highly flexible databases that are necessary for such a process.

Visitors were impressed to find Feige and Sommer to be suppliers of high-tech solutions, who keep interfaces to the customer at a low level and are able to offer the corresponding implementation concept as a turn-key solution. This also confirms the trend towards turn-key systems.

Many interested customers came up with specific detailed questions regarding their concrete requirements, which the stand team from both companies, who were broadly positioned both in the commercial and in the technical sector, were immediately able to discuss and answer.

The demand for individual components in the sectors storage containers, mixers and smaller semi-automatic filling solutions was also very high.

The particular interest of international visitors was directed towards the world-wide service and distribution network, which implements customised mixing and filling desires on site, under compliance with regional laws and regulations.

In conclusion it can be said that with their range of products, Feige and Sommer are able to offer customers a wide range of individual semi-automatic solutions up to high-end and turn-key solutions in an absolutely competent and reliable manner. Customers were convinced that here they would find a solution for their process and filling planning.

Besucher auf der European Coatings Show 2011 beeindruckt von der Präsentation der Feige Innovationen

Die Feige GmbH, Abfülltechnik überraschte die Messebesucher mit einer echten Innovation: Zusammen mit der Schwesterfirma Sommer GmbH & Co. KG bietet Feige den interessierten Kunden eine neue, schnittstellenfreie Produktions- und Verpackungslinie aus einer Hand.

Bereits kurz nach Eröffnung der Messe am 29.03.11 strömten viele Besucher auf den Stand. Durch den erstmalig zweistöckigen Messeaufbau und einer Ausstellungsfläche von 100 m² war die gemeinsame Präsenz der Fa. Feige und Fa. Sommer weithin sichtbar.

Zum ersten Mal wurde auf einem Messestand die komplette Produktionsanlage vom Rohmaterial Storage (Feststoffe und Flüssigkeiten) über die Dosierung der Rohstoffe in Mischer (wahlweise Koaxial- oder 3-Wellenmischer) bis zur eichgenauen Abfüllung des Endproduktes in die Zielgebinde (rund, oval oder rechteckig) dargestellt.

Die Standbesucher wurden durch den in solch einem Prozess notwendigen lückenlosen Datentransfer, das schnittstellenfreie Datenhandling bis in die einzelnen Maschinen sowie die Datenprotokollierung in höchst flexiblen Datenbanken überzeugt.

In Feige und Sommer jeweils einen Anbieter von High-Tech Lösungen zu finden, welche die Schnittstellen zum Kunden gering halten und das entsprechende Lösungskonzept komplett anbieten können, beeindruckte den Besucher und bestätigte den Trend zu schlüsselfertigen Systemen.

Viele Interessenten warteten mit gezielten Detailfragen zu ihren konkreten Anforderungen auf, die die kaufmännisch und technisch breit aufgestellte Standmannschaft aus beiden Häusern sofort erörtern und beantworten konnte.

Sehr hoch war auch die Nachfrage nach Einzelkomponenten in den Bereichen Lagerbehälter, Mischer und kleineren halbautomatischen Abfülllösungen.

Das besondere Interesse der internationalen Besucher galt dem weltweiten Service- und Vertriebsnetz, durch das die durch regionale Gesetze und Bestimmungen reglementierten Misch- und Abfüllwünsche vor Ort kundengerecht gelöst werden können.

Als Fazit der Messe lässt sich feststellen, dass Feige und Sommer mit ihrem Angebot den Kunden ein breites Spektrum von halbautomatischen Einzellösungen bis zu High-End-und Turnkey-Lösungen auf absolut kompetente und verlässliche Weise anbieten kann. Die Kunden waren überzeugt, hier eine Lösung für ihre Prozess- und Abfüllplanung zu finden.

Sommer and Feige present turnkey-solution from one source
After more than one year of their young partnership the companies Sommer GmbH & Co. KG and Feige GmbH, Abfülltechnik present a good example for mutual projects. It's on the European Coatings Show 2011, hall 6, stand 230 where the companies do present a new and interface-free production and packaging line - a real innovation.
With this first mutual project the companies Sommer and Feige offer to their customers of the paint-, lacquer & adhesive industry a turn-key plant for storage, mixture and filling of liquid or pasty products. Here, the entire process technology originates interface-free from one source: starting with storing, proceeding with accurate filling according to W & M, further with labelling and finally get palletized onto the truck.
Whenever the Sommer and Feige engineers meet each other on customers' sites they always come to the same conclusion how big the demand is for complete production lines (Full-Liners) coming from one source.
If there is envisaged or intended a new investment in the area of production plants, the results thereof are supposed to work uncomplicatedly and as efficiently as possible.
This new turnkey-plant offers a good taylor-made solution which fully complies with customers' individual production requirements.
Raw-material processing: holistic solution from Messrs. Sommer
Messrs. Sommer benefits from their more than 100-years-experience in building process plants and covers the design, engineering and realisation of the entire raw-material processing.
This field is centrally controlled via the process logic control system VARIOBATCH:
Starting with storing and dosing of liquids and solids up to weighing-in of universally employable production mixers which are especially well suited for the production of medium- and high-viscous products.
Because of the variable employment of its high-performance mixing tools, the mixer is perfectly adapting to various production conditions. It has been designed as weighing device so that raw-material can be added well dosed and a total quantity balance of the finished product can be established.
Filling and packing: interface-free via Feige-filling machinery
After mixing of the product has been finished, it is advanced via a pumping system to the filling machine - interface-free. As from here on, Messrs. Feige benefits from their extensive know-how and presents on the ECS 2011 the new high-performance automatic pail filler Type 410, centrally operated via the Feige-Touch-Panel.
Several modules are put together and thus create an individual structure to suit customers' requirements. The filling line comprises a pail denester with floor-level-refill and continuous pail-infeed as well as a new filling station with high-accurate product flow control. Here, the products are dosed via a high-performance filler - accuracy according to W & M - all pail- and filling parameters entered centrally on the Feige-Touch-Panel and continuously fed in.
Moreover, Feige presents on the ECS 2011 as a real novelty a robot lid placer. It provides for a continous lid-supply and the central adjustment of the pail and lid parameters without format-sets, which makes packing of the products still faster and more efficient.
