USB-Memory Box plus RS232 as scale data memory
Feige's brand-new scale data recording for your machinery
Feige's technicians have developed a new scale data recording system: the IF-USB Memory Box.
One side of the box is designed as an USB interface, the other as a RS232 interface. A slot where a MMCard or a SD-Card can be inserted makes the box a quick weight memory for the Feige Weigh scale.
The IF USB memory box has been designed for Feige weigh scale terminals F-ST3.4 and FS-T10(k) to transmit weighing data to the PC.Following Feige's philosophy of modular systems the box is also applicable for existing machines without modification.
The standard 128MB flash card supplied by us can store data of about 500.000 filling processes.
The weighing data is stored in the box via the RS232 interface to which the Feige weigh scale is connected.
On the USB side the box behaves like a drive. After the box has been connected to the PC all data stored can further be processed and analysed via the PC programme FST-Reader.
The box is best suited to quickly transmit weighing data without problems from the weigh scale to the PC.
Advantages:
